I was born and raised on the North Shore and moved into Devonport in 2001. I love living on the Shore and feel very lucky to be close to so many beautiful beaches and parks.

Over the past 12 years I have worked with children in a variety of roles.  I taught swimming and gymnastics to children with physical disabilities  before starting as a swimming instructor at Helen's School of Swimming where I taught people from 3 months old through to adults. From there I went on to nanny children in Devonport before heading off to teachers' college, which has become the major focus of my life over the last three years.

In my spare time I like to learn different dance styles and this year I am hoping to add salsa dancing to my repertoire.  I enjoy participating in all sports and hope to start playing tennis again.

I feel very fortunate to be teaching at Stanley Bay School.  It has such a wonderful, supportive learning environment and I look forward to getting to know the children and their families over the year.
