After studying in Dunedin I began my teaching career in a year 3 to 5 class in Central Hawkes Bay. After completing two wonderful years there I decided to advance my teaching career overseas as well as open my eyes to the big, wide world. Over the following three years I taught in London, Brazil and Bangkok and traveled to many other countries. The different education systems, culture and general life were so amazing to be a part of.

I am now the teacher of a very delightful year 2 class (room 5), lead teacher for extending higher standards across schools contract and tutor teacher for one of Stanley Bay’s provisionally registered teachers. I have a passion for playing sports especially netball and enjoy the outdoors. The only thing I really don’t like is being cold!!
